.riess® ProcessOptimizer is the right solution for you to implement an event-based, configurable set of rules for status changes, document creation and management of your PTC Creo Parametric files. .riess® ProcessOptimizer is a solution that provides event-triggered process control based on SAP objects.
Without requiring development know-how you can customize a set of rules in dependency of events, document types as well as the source and target status of a document utilizing a simple user interface. The rule set of .riess® ProcessOptimizer also includes SAP object links inside of SAP PLM and provides features to automatically inherit information between objects.
In addition, you will be able to include CAD files and structures from other CAD systems into the rule set e.g. to prevent the release if a built in subassembly or part does not match certain criteria.
On top of checking for the defined rule set and ensuring its compliance, .riess® ProcessOptimizer provides dialogue windows with detailed results of the checks and defined to-be-performed actions, like e.g. a release process based on the dual control principle.
